Charles and his team are some of the most honest people I've met. Besides their amazing quality of work, they truly care about their customers as well. We had an outage in our home, he assured me he would get there as soon as he could, and when the issue had to get fixed the next day, he helped us figure out how to run power to our refrigerator until it was fixed. My experience from beginning to end was top notch with this company. Marcus was very knowledgeable and professional. He did an excellent job hanging the new light in my kitchen. I will definitely be using them for all future electrical needs.
Thrilled with the work provided. Charles kept an open line of communication through texts and calls, and even sent me photos of examples for reference. Marcus installed nine canister lights and decor switches with dimmers. The work was efficient and well executed. Marcus was exceptionally knowledgeable and gave me various options for configuring the lights and switches. He provided me with opportunities to make informed decisions about how I wanted the work done. Charles is now my go-to electrician.
This was our first time using this company, but definitely not our last! We needed a ceiling fan installed in our master bedroom. I talked to Charles who gave us a quote that was reasonably priced and Marcus came out the next morning to do the job. Marcus did a great job! He was quick and very friendly. Customer service from both Charles and Marcus was on point! Happy to know we have a company we can rely on for future needs.
Charles Morton Electric Company did an outstanding job at my dance studio! They were professional, efficient, and incredibly detail-oriented.
