Hello, First I was charged for leaving a tire...but had to go back because it was in the trunk not taken out.. ..so later at home I noticed a $12 charge for balancing an old spare tire I had mounted and out on my car because my tire on the car was flat and ruined. I have been there many times. At no time have they ever balanced a tire at all when mounting a spare or even ASKED ME. A customer should be ASKED. I would not have had it balanced. Super fast and friendly service at this gritty, down-home tire and service shop. As I pulled up, the big man met me as I got out of my truck and I told him my issue. He stopped to check on my tires. Took 5 minutes to remedy the issue and he sent me on my way. It’s not a chain store. Far from it. But the staff here is genuinely engaged in their work and they are eager to please.
