As someone who has been going to Charles Proper for years, and consistently leaves happy, I just wanted to share that one of the best parts has been watching Mike help build young men’s confidence through something as simple as a fresh haircut. On multiple occasions, I’ve seen young men walk in shy with overgrown hair, and by the time they leave, they’re glowing with a newfound sense of confidence. Kudos to Mike and I would recommend any of the stylists!
Made an appointment on the 26th to get a bang trim the following day just to show up and get turned away because the stylist, Chae, said she doesn’t just do a bang trim for new clients??? Pretty terrible customer service. There were no other clients in the building so that was super uninviting. I love this place. I've had appointments with Josh and Anna; love their personalities and always happy with the service and end result. Hands down the best cuts I've ever had. The atmosphere and people just make it that more fun. My daughter has had her hair styled by Kyra and is also a huge fan. If you're looking for a laid back + luxury salon, this is it.
Anna is amazing, so kind and gave me an amazing haircut. Will definitely be rebooking with her.
Best haircut I have ever had. I am a 30+ year old man and grew my hair out for the first time in my life. I had no plan of how to style it or cut it or anything. Josh got me set up right to keep it growing and taught some tricks on how to style it, which is surprisingly easy. I feel way more confident in my hair now. Worth every penny. If you are a man and want to try longer hair don’t go to anybody else.
