I had a terrible experience at capital health ER. This was the doctor overseeing my treatment. They did not come talk to me directly prior the procedure about risks and other options. Instead he sent a very young woman who did not share other options for treatment that could be less invasive. 2 mins before procedure, he talks to me. Not very nice, despite of myself being at the hospital for 2 days. Tells me that he needs to put 2 stents but they need to stay over who knows, maybe 2 months with multiple treatments. Doctor Polotti performed a prostate biopsy on my husband. When my husband experienced complications following the procedure he was somewhat dismissive stating that these things happen in a small percentage of patients. That is little comfort when it happens to you or your loved one.
