I had searched for an Attorney and I was blessed to have found Attorney Charles Dargo. I hired him in February 2025 after waiting a year plus to file for a divorce. There had been no contact at all during that period prior to me filing with and still after no contact or communication. After several attempts from my attorney to contact him, while trailing through the “cool down period “ he had no response. I used attorney David, but also spoke with attorney Charles and Brittany. They always listened to my concerns during my divorce. David fought for what I wanted. The entire staff was absolutely amazing including the paralegal that helped in the process.
Mr. Dargo got my case dropped. He got the ex’s evidence thrown out and proved I was innocent of the accusations by asking her all the right questions. Was truly Beautiful to see the look on her, her boyfriend and best friends face that the truth came out. But the best thing was nothing went on my record to hinder my job or my right’s. Was worth every cent to have Mr. Dargo representing me against my ex. I would definitely recommend hiring Mr. Dargo if you need legs representation.
He will sit next to you in court for MONTHS not explain anything to you. Play you with a million continuances. You'll pay an absurd amount of money for nothing and he won't pay you back. Not worth it at all. He ruined my divorce case for me. And did so knowingly he told me over the phone he knew of thr damage he was causing and then dropped me a day later. He's a terrible lawyer and so is his son. Who was jailed for a DUI while being my attorney. So.
