I have been a customer of Charles Penzone’s salons for decades.  First at the Max the salon on Henderson.  Rachel was my hair stylist then and she was wonderful.  Sadly she passed away and I was also in the process of moving at the time out to London OH.  Tried a couple of hair stylists out here but had no luck.  So I decided to grow my hair out.  I will be honest in stating I have very difficult hair.  It is extremely thick and coarse.  But thanks to hair product and flat irons, I grew my hair out in about two years.  I the... read more

I had an appointment at their salon and was not informed that that salon closed down and they moved to a new location. That made me late for my appointment and was refused to be seen. I took off work early to get to this hair appointment. I found the salon CO-Director “Dustin Burke” uncaring about my situation. I have been coming to the salon for years.
