I highly recommend CPJ & Associates. I needed a variance for a home renovation in Annapolis. I am coming from out of state and when I asked for references CPJ's name kept coming up. The service was excellent. Someone actually picked up the phone every time I called! I had an outstanding experience with CPJ and would highly recommend them. Getting permits for waterfront construction is a tricky business and Thomas Hall made the process seamless and pleasant.

CPJ provided engineering and survey for our new waterfront home build. Tom Hall and his team were outstanding. They successfully helped guide us through the difficult approval process got the project designed and under way. I can not recommend them highly enough for anything on the water or within the critical area - they are the experts!

CPJ has been incredibly helpful throughout the permitting process. Tom Hall specifically has gone above and beyond for me so many times I have lost count. His knowledge and professionalism are second only to his genuine concern for me as a client and for my project. Rose in the office is also so kind and helpful. She is a calm presence in this sometimes difficult process. I highly recommend CPJ and would definitely use again.
