I am truly impressed with the exceptional service, quality of craftsmanship, diligence and punctuality of the staff. From Jean and Grahame who handled my enquiry to Grahame who restored a sideboard for us, to the gentlemen who helped deliver it. The company went above and beyond to collect the sideboard, restore it beautifully, deliver it to me 50 miles from their shop, collect a different sideboard from me and deliver it to relatives 50 miles away!!! I couldn’t be happier with the repair and restoration service offered by Graham and the team. After buying an antique writing desk which was feeling sorry for itself with a broken leg, it has been restored to its former glory! Service was great - you wouldn’t have known the leg was ever broken now, and the polishing work is immaculate. Such care, craftsmanship and pride taken in their work is rarely seen these days! I’d definitely use Charles Newmarch again if I ever need them in future.Thank you.

After being let down by a previous company I found Charles Newchurch French Polisher. It was the best thing that happened. I rang Jean, sent some photos of the damage to the table and a couple of chips on the sideboard door received an estimate as to the cost and within a matter of days my dining table was collected. As I was having building work done in the house it was agreed that they would keep my table until I was ready for it to be returned. 5 star service - Table looks brand new I had my G Plan dining table sanded re-stained and refinished. Previously it had water mark damage, scratches and an uneven polish build up. I'm delighted with the result as it looks like new and not a scratch in sight. I can't fault the service, someone came to my home to view the table and provide a quote.
