I have my friend that I referred to Charles Moving and Storage Inc. for her relocation, and she and I couldn't be happier with the service! From start to finish, the team was professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient. The movers arrived on time and handled all my friends belongings with great care, ensuring everything was securely packed and transported without any damage. Definitely will recommend again!

I had the pleasure meeting Charles at a personal event and we began a conversation about a nightmare experience I had with a moving company when I was moving from NJ to GA. This moving company was a true nightmare. They were storing my furniture until I had them move it to a GA storage unit. I hired Charles Moving for my first move ever, and I will never use another company for my future moves! Godwin and his team were AMAZING on my moving day, and Joe was great to work with to coordinate the moving services. All were super responsive to all questions that I had leading up and were reassuring through the entire day. Godwin was tremendously helpful in picking up and delivering some material needed for a flooring installation. They were timely and responsive which helped me to complete the project on time. I'll be calling Charles Moving again and I'm happy to refer their services to my customers.
