Worst experience I've ever had with a plumbing company. First of all, they pickup the phone about 50% of the time. Don't bother leaving a voice-mail because they won't call back so you just have to keep calling. They accepted a service through Homeserve for a water line leak. Took about 3-4 weeks to get them to come out. They started digging near the water valve randomly and then proceeded to tell me there was no leak.
