The doctor canceled the first appointment, the second appointment they canceled altogether after I had built my entire appointment schedule around that appointment. The third schedule appointment that they rescheduled, I took the afternoon off to be there. Upon arrival, they required payment, but I didn’t have my HSA card with me (my wife has it today).
