I cannot say enough good things about Charles Messina Plumbing-Electric & HVAC. They first ran the electric in our encapsulated crawlspace back in 2018 and did a fantastic job. On January 20, 2026, we called them out because we thought we needed a new water pump. Their technician, Jerry, came out and checked under the house. Instead of just selling us an expensive pump, he showed incredible honesty and told us we should actually have our well checked first. I recently hired Messina HVAC to replace my home's ductwork, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The crew—Anthony and Mike—did a fantastic job from start to finish. They arrived on time, talked me through what they were doing, and worked efficiently throughout the whole project. Messina provided electrical services during our home renovation. Even though they were asked to return multiple times, they always had excellent attention to detail and all the techs were great to have in the house. They weren't obtrusive and they were polite. Our contractor chose them and I can see why, we plan to use them for our electrical, plumbing and HVAC needs long after our initial project is complete. I would give 0 stars if I could. I called Messina to repair my mini split because it wasn't heating or cooling properly. They came out, claimed they fixed it, and charged me $483, which I paid in full. About a week later, the unit stopped working again. My heat never worked after the "repair," which tells me it was never actually fixed correctly. I called them back because the problem was never resolved.
