phone answering service sucks. 5 minutes yadda yadda yadda and you never have the option of speaking to real human
Dr. Riggenbach is a very competent and thorough physician. Unfortunately, his front office staff is very incompetent. Trying to get a call back in a timely manner won't happen unless you owe them money (I am confident). Checking out took way too much time.
Even though a physician's skill and judgement are more important than bedside manner, I really appreciate this doctor's positive energy. I would happily refer a family member to this outstanding physician.
Dr. Riggenbach really listens and takes his time with me. He's very thorough and has a nice bedside manner.
I am very lucky to have Dr Riggenbach as he found a polyp in my upper intestine that was enormous and needed to be removed or it could have turned into cancer He recommended UAB to do that . Highly recommend!!
I called Dr Riggenbach's office to schedule an appointment; Mary was so unhelpful and could careless I decided to use another doctor. I'm paying and my insurance is paying I won't accept bad customer service!
