I feel like the luckiest patient to have found Dr McClean & his staff! I had a deep puncture wound from a fall & after going to ER + 4 other Drs, nobody could stop the bleeding! Dr McClean was very calming thru out sterilizing & the procedure of the wound in my elbow. He didn’t hurt me at all & was so very nice & personable. Ms Elida in the front office was so very kind & helped me by getting me into Dr the very next day! The other 2 girls were also very caring, he has a GREAT staff! My husband has been under the care of Dr Mcclean and he was released on February 17,2025. Dr Mcclean went out if town and left and on call Dr to take care of my husband. My husbans has E-Coli Sepsis and he has a pick line. They have a home health company to change dressing , check puck line and draw blood. They have drawn blood twice. I called his office and spokw to his nurse and she said tje on call Dr doesn’t want to do care for my husband. the lady who works with billing and verifying whether or not this office takes your insurance has zero motivation to do her job. my insurance told me yes this dr. does but to contact the office to make sure. she didn’t even bother to check simply because i mentioned aetna. my insurance isn’t aetna but she did not want to hear me out whatsoever. Then she told me to call my insurance again and check for myself very dismissively. never have i called a doctors office and had an employee tell me to go find out myself..theres a re... read more
