I will never work with the agent again. They will charge long term customers the most outrageous rates for homeowners policy. If you call to ask any questions they will hang up on you. So horribly unprofessional staff and sgen
called and asked questions regarding a home owners policy I have had with this company for 12 years. I was yelled at by Margo and then Charles Hicks picked up the call. He proceeded to yell at me and tell me to shop the policy somewhere else and hung up on me. I would never use this company. they will lie and cheat you and then hang up on you. This company should not be serving any customers with the attitude they showed toward me.
Extremely rude. Asked the man what my options are and was enthusiastic to work with this agent and they hung up on me because I asked them what my options were for coverage??? Wow lol avoid them! Wouldn’t want to do business with you anyways if you hang up on me because I asked questions about my coverage options.
I called to get a quote. I told him the last quote I was given and it sounded annoyed that I was shopping around for a better price. The man told he didn't have time to give me a quote and as I was protesting and about to ask another question he flatly hung up on me. Extremely poor customer service. Out right rude!
Very patient & kind. Found me a great option for my mobile home insurance.
