Dr. Litchfield cancelled my appointment just 30 minutes before I was to arrived, saying he didn't deal with my issue. That is unacceptable and dismissive. I was referred to him for a reason, though now I question why. Perhaps he has a bias towards age and/or gender. Perhaps he is simply lazy. I would not hold my breath to see him.
Waited over an hour for a critical appointment before it was abruptly cancelled and the office closed. And this is after he didn't reply to a message for weeks beforehand.
Office support staff are very kind and helpful. Dr. Litchfield is extremely thorough, spends time with you (this was my first visit), and truly listened to my concerns. He was also very kind, empathetic and recommended courses of action that makes sense for my finances and work/personal needs.
Nice guy but has never been less than 45min late. As I write this I’ve been waiting for 60min…
Great doctors, but another scheduling mishap, this time with a referral. Sept 18 appointment apparently disappeared, really unfortunate. The office has been good about rescheduling when this happens, can you please find an earlier date with Elizabeth Dennis than 10/2? My appointment was confirmed for today, please don't make me wait 3 weeks total over your mistake here. I'd hugely appreciate you making this right. Thanks.
