She is wonderful. Great bedside manner, very thorough, and results-oriented. She listens well. Naturopathic treatment is not cheap, but she will not oversell you, nor does she promote her own brand. She wants your health plan to be doable, so she is flexible with her recommendations and will patiently work with you to make healthy changes. She will even prescribe conventional medications if they are the best option. We have been seeing her for years and her office feels like family!
Dr. Charles is kind, professional, and smart. Her recommendations have help me feel better physically and helped me regain my quality-of-life. She is patient and knowledgeable, and always uses current research to support her recommendations. I trust her implicitly and recommend her highly!
Dr. Charles has a GREAT bedside manner and is a careful listener - she did not give my husband his final diagnoses (Lyme disease, toxic mold exposure) but was absolutely on the right track and felt that these were big possibilities. She referred him to specialists who were able to give the final diagnosis with certainty.
Ran tons of tests and sold me lots of supplements. Diagnosed wrong.
