Dr. Cox is one of the most down to earth doctors with his amount of knowledge and talent of any doctor you'll meet in Nashville, or anywhere as far as that goes. He appears to know that caring and making his patients feel comfortable are as big a part of his talent and his bedside manner is also without reproach. I honestly wish I’d never had this doctor for my surgery, I have waited in his office for an entire working day in total to see him. Today’s appointment was at 7:45 - how behind could he be? At 9:00am I had to leave to see my own patients on time! Go see him if you don’t have a job or anything to do all day.
This is the fourth appointment my husband has waited more than 2 hours to see this doctor. He and the office have no respect for patient’s time or obligations. My husband is a doctor himself and this is how he gets treated. He left today without being seen so he could see his patients on time!
If anyone is looking for a sports med doctor, search no longer. Dr Charlie is one of the best that I have met in my life. He cares about his patients Explains things Is a great surgeon. Went through the smaller methods of treatment first. When those didn't work, then surgery was an option.
Nurse was extremely rude and demeaning!!!
