Dr. Charles has great bedside manner. I was in his care in 2021. I recently tried to schedule with his office for the same ongoing issue, and was told I'd need to get a referral from my Primary Care Doctor. My insurance does not require referrals for Specialists. The receptionist said the Doctor will want it. I never had to get one the first time I saw him and my insurance doesn't require it, shouldn't be an issue. Now I have to go to another Doctor to get a referral, which is more time and money I don't have.
Dr. Leithead is a down to earth person, you can tell he’s not from New Orleans. I was so comfortable being in his care.From the minute he walk in, he sat on the floor to mark my legs. I just can’t tell y’all how good of hands you’re in. He knows what he doing. An he great at it.Wait for him to do your procedures.
Dr. Leithead is an exceptional Doctor and displays genuine concern for his patients well being.
