As a new to Santa Fe potential second home buyer, he first gave us a thoughtful tour of Santa Fe, helped zero in on the neighborhoods that made the best sense for what we were looking for, and when something came up that checked off all our boxes, he deftly advised us during the negotiation. He is smart, knowledgeable, and was always very patient with my many detailed questions. You would be fortunate to have him represent you as a seller or buyer.
