Funeral was prepaid months before death, Victor Just don't realize how death cert are needed ASAP for everything. Nothing like leaving 10 messages a day not to get a return call for days.Nothing like dealing with a loss then head games trying to get things done without death cert. 2 weeks to get them.Feel bad for people handling things from out of town only here for a limited time. Service was fine, but never contacted me regarding the death certificate. Called at least 20 times, and left messages every time, and never received a returned call. Almost one year later, no call..no certificate.

outstanding service in a time of need – My father died at Johns Hopkins Hospital on Monday late evening, December 20th. We wanted to have the funeral in Columbus, Ohio before Christmas, so that family members who had converged for the holidays could attend. Victor (don't know his last name, wish I did) handled everything on the Maryland end flawlessly and speedily. Doesn't follow-through or return phone calls – We've been trying for MONTHS!! to get the guest registry and copies of death certificates. What a nightmare!! They don't even bother to return phone calls!!
