I got a reminder for an exam but would never go back. One of the reasons I went in was to see if I could find out why my lashes would fall out in the same place on the same eye. I explained this as soon as I walked in. He looked at my eye and asked how long I had been plucking my eyelashes out for. I replied that I just explained that I do not pluck and that was the reason I was there. He does not seem to be a warm person.
