The first visit is very impressive but then you end up with issue they claim.They did impressive xrays and all and the next thing they tell me is I have some peridontal issues. I have always went for teeth cleaned every 6 months and always took care of my So they charged me 600.00 each side and when the girl did the cleaning took 15 minutes and it was like a regular cleaning that I always would get hardly no scraping I couldn’t believe. Worst customer service I ever had
The whole staff are great people.
I DO NOT TRUST THIS OFFICE. I was a patient of this office for years. On a routine visit I was told I had excellent oral hygiene. Six months later, I was told I had gum disease. During my visit to address the gum disease, I questioned if I’d have a routine cleaning in which I was told no for insurance reasons. I was then told that it was OK because polishing your teeth is just a perception and not necessary. Billing was initially incorrect as well and then corrected after I addressed it.
