Very disappointing experience. Communication was virtually non-existent, and the lack of transparency throughout the process was unacceptable. On several occasions, the conduct and information provided appeared misleading and raised serious concerns about professionalism and integrity. I would expect far greater honesty, accountability, and communication from a real estate agent, especially when contractual and financial decisions are involved.

Thanks Charles and Tuia, for your succesful campaign on the sale of our house. Charles even negotiated the contract whilst sick and on his holiday break o/s , over the summer holiday period. Professional, and worked hard to present the house at its best. They put in the time, and got the result. We are very happy.

After being in the industry for so long, you get used to how some operators work and the familiar “pick up lines” they use.
