Only 4 because after driving 90 miles in a rainstorm, I was told at reception that my appt had been cancelled. I supposedly received a phone call in July informing me to reschedule. No phone call, no voicemail. However I was luckily seen 90 minutes later due to a cancellation and the fact that I live so far away As for the doctor visit, it was excellent by Dr Kim. I was fortunate to be seen by him. He was wonderful.
Was a pleasant visit, did not take too long.
