I've been a patient of Dr Burnett aka Chuck since 2011. He has always been kind & professional!!! Never have I had a negative experience with him. He has always worked with my extenuating circumstances. So glad to have found such a great place!
Dr. Burnett seems to have employed incredibly inflexible administrative staff and policies. We were charged a steep late-cancellation fee because we cancelled an appointment 23 hours in advance (as opposed to 24 hours, as outlined as acceptable in the cancellation policy) due to extenuating circumstances. After requesting further consideration and petitioning for a waiver/exception, it quickly became evident that the apathetic staff would rather lose a client than be accommodating and allow a one-time exception. Chuck is a great psychologist. He's an older gentlemen and very easy going. I felt a need to write this review after seeing someone else's one star bad review. What that review describes is in stark contrast to my experience over the past couple of years. Chuck has always been accommodating and understanding. I too missed an appointment once.
