If I could give 0 stars I would. Let me start off by saying the receptionist and nurses were kind, however Dr. Charles J Haase was *AWFUL* He was dismissive and condescending throughout the visit. I came in because I woke up with my left eye glued shut and wasn’t sure if it was pink eye or an issue possibly related to my sinuses. Before I could finish explaining my symptoms, he interrupted me and said, “Well everyone has sinuses.” I clarified that I was referring to a possible sinus infection. Wonderful physician. Kids love him, friendly, amazing bedside manner and super knowledgeable. Im always happy when we get to see him at the urgent care.
