Had jewellery repaired twice. Same pieces. They forget after drop off and then quickly solders away while you wait. They break again within a week. Super disappointed. For purchases it seems like there’s no issues but for repairs I would recommend staying away!
Charles & his staff were friendly, A1 customer service. I had 2 necklaces and a watch repaired. His attention to detail is immaculate. I’m extremely happy with the service I received. I highly recommend this jeweller to anyone looking for beautiful jewellery and repairs.

Absolutely amazing place. Friendly nature by the owner! Came in with no idea of what to get for my nieces 21st. He helped me find out some options, and came out with a matching ring and bangle set, he even looked after the price for me! Thank you, Charles Jewellers!
