Referred to Anstrand from my neurologist for dizziness. Did not wash his hands, took NO notes, unprepared for visit. Stated he would call me the upcoming Monday after reviewing my chart. Over 3 weeks later he has never returned the call back he promised. Offered no medication. He stated he used to be in Internal Medicine but 9 years ago switched to ENT. I know St Als is short of Dr's but please don't hire from the bottom of the barrel. J Stevens
Zero stars!! Referred me to speech therapy after being unable to diagnose a simple throat infection. I went through 12 months of not being able to speak or breath correctly. Resulting in my throat almost collapsing. I had to seek a specialist out on my own and went out of state to have throat surgery and 6 rounds of antibiotics. Called to share my experience and wanting an apology and they were unable to call me back or show any empathy. Would never trust anyone in my family to attend this P.A.
