My wife's MRI showed severe flattening and a compressed spinal chord yet they sent the doctors referral back to the doctor without even seeing the patient. If she ends up paralized I am going to sue for Malpractice. KAISER SUCKS, they should not be allowed to push their own insurance for services. Gatekeepers that only want money at the cost of the patient. Just keep the patient in the dark until it is so bad the expense is more than a lifetime of income. Wish I could give negative stars for this BS company
