Great bedside manner
The doc is a ghost l and patient loads are mostly managed by one PA and a medical assistant. As a patient with newly diagnosed Eosinophilic asthma, I'm still waiting for this office to refer/find an outside hospital or clinic to administer a series of shots and potential reactions. After a year in May, the excuse is my Medicare/ supplemental Medicaid make it hard to find an outside provider to assist coupled with the unexpected death of their manager with thise reso lurces.
Dr Vanhook can’t even return a call to a disabled mental patient. He puts it off to his PHYSICIAN Assistants. His receptionist Issac can’t get a message right to save anyone. I thought Dr Vanhook was a great Doctor but obviously not, I asked to speak to him directly and I guess he forgot how to pick up a phone and dial. Then I said if I couldn’t talk to my Doctor (Dr Vanhook) referred me to someone that cares close to home in the Denver Metropolitan Area. I was referred to a doctor further into Longmont.
