1st ap seamed nice. 2nd injection, hurt for two weeks. 3nd app. Fallow up. 4th app forgot it was an injection pretended it was a 2nd follow-up. 5th app sat for 2hrs in sm room until uninterrupted their conversation. After i heard nurse say "by Felicia" while I waited 4my blood pressure to go down.

I have been a patient of Dr. Nivens for more than 12 years. He is the most caring, competent pain management doctor that I have ever had and I had been to several before learning about Dr. Nivens from my physical therapist. He is constantly looking for new solutions to assist me with my chronic, lower back nerve problems.

Never on time and hasn’t done a thing to relieve pain. I think he does minimum so he can keep you coming back for more. Find someone else.

5 STARS DOES NOT REFLECT THE PRO THIS DR RATES. I HAVE BEEN IN PAIN WITH LOWER BACK ISSUES FOR OVER A YEAR, MRI REVEALED 5 BULGING LUMBAR DISCS . DR NIVENS EVALUATED SITUATION DECIDED SURGERY WAS NOT THE ANSWER, ADMINISTERED A STEROID SHOT AND I AM WITHOUT PAIN AND FUNCTIONING LIKE I DID YEARS AGO. THANK YOU DR FOR GIVING ME A PAIN FREE LIFE AGAIN.

Outstanding performance from the best spine surgeon in SC. I had the Mild procedure dealing with stenosis. By the time I decided to get the procedure, I couldn’t play golf and eventually couldn’t even walk well. Almost immediately following the surgery, I felt better, balanced myself again and could tie my shoes without pain. Now, 4 weeks later, I feel amazing, I’m playing golf again and taking longer walks with my wife! Thank you Dr Nivens!
