I had a very disappointing experience with my recent colonoscopy performed by Dr. Uzoamaka Kimberly Dike from your office.During the procedure, a polyp was found however, she lacked the skill set needed in order to do a biopsy on this polyp. Additionally, it was only upon seeking a second opinion that I discovered no images were taken during the colonoscopy due to some sort of camera malfunction. What happened to dr frankel? It’s a mystery. He used to be someone who cared and nurtured my husband and now he won’t call back. He has someone named Kevin who fields his calls. But he doesn’t call my husband back. My husband feels so abandoned by dr frankel! He used to really care. Now crickets
