Prompt arrival. Was quoted a window between 8 and 10 to install a dishwasher purchased through Lowes and he called at 7:50 that he was on the way. Good communication, friendly service. Got the job done right.

My wife and I purchased a dishwasher from Lowe's who then assigned it to Logan. I was given a range of hours to expect a call and have had issues in the past of attempted installations before the quoted time or well after, but Logan called me almost dead middle of the range and told me to expect him shortly. He was able to identify a potential water leak at the city main, which I'll have looked at, and we got water shut off in the house.
