Customer service is a disgrace, never will we buy from this company again.
I'm waiting for refund of £250..took my money without even my credit score I been refused credit still take my money.. I'm hunting them for refund and I'm going to take legal action
I went to shop for a car and I was wellcomed by Kevin Kerans who is a sales man in Charles Hurst and he was the most helpful and informative and nice man which actually convinced me to buy the car from their show room and I am glad that I was met by Kevin.
They have sold me a van with lots of mechanical issues.once I got the van couldn't even drive it for couple weeks major problems occurred when I phone them they keep on giving me wrong advise instead of accepting the fault they kept on defensive.trust me people i lost my job because of them and I did not get no help so kindly find other dealer s avoid this company I have no reason for lie.
