On time, good price, dependable and a genuinely "good guy".
Called to have water line on water heater fixed. He never identified hisself on the phone , I had to ask. Told him what was going on and he automatically said "water heater has to be replaced, without even looking at it". I told him it was new. He showed up at our house and was rude from the beginning to my husband. He tried to show him what was going on and he snapped at him and told him to get out of the way.
