I switched to Dr. Harvey after being very dissatisfied with the care I received at LMH West. Dr. Harvey figured out a plan to address my neck pain. I had an MRI then tried every option possible to avoid surgery which included physical therapy and pain management (injections). Physical therapy made the pain worse and pain management didn't do anything. I have nothing but fantastic things to say about Dr. Harvey. Anyone having back surgery goes in a little nervous. I so appreciated Dr. Harvey’s patience when explaining my procedure. All is well and follow up visits have gone super smoothly.
Dr Harvey has ruined my life. My surgery was July 7, 2023. I am worse after surgery than before. He damaged my S1 nerve. The pain consumes my life. I have several appointments now with pain doctors and neurosurgeon's, through these appointments I have been told by doctor's that they have patient's or heard through other doctor's that he has done this to several other people. I turned 51 this year and I struggle to walk, play with my grandkids, drive a car, clean house, have a social life, exercise and travel. I played sports... read more
Before committing to any surgey make sure you have done your research. Although I have not used Dr. Harvey myself, a close friend did and has declined since the original surgery. Dr. Harvey has told her he doesn't know why she isn't better and to work with pain mgmt. In the meantime her new doctor has stated he has seen multiple clients with failed surgeries from this office. Educate yourself and choose wisely.
