Mr. Smith is extremely cheap and low priced with his prices when it comes to his work and the equipment that he sells and installs, but with us, he was not reliable and more often than not he did not show up when he told us that he would, and he did not call to tell us why he was not coming. Then when we pointed out his rudeness, he got angry with us for calling him on his disrespect of our extremely valuable time.
