The absolute best. Professional. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Timely. Trustworthy. They designed and oversaw the install of a new system in our home before we bought it. Exceptional design. As the new homeowners, we knew nothing about the system and what we were walking into. They perform annual inspections, and Steve has been so patient and thorough in educating us on how it works and what we need to know.
In the middle of my trip to California, I got a call from DOH saying that my septic system had a problem. Panic. I started calling the septic designers online, but none of them answered until I called Charles Pollmar. They not only came out that day, but they did a wonderful job, going far above and beyond to help me and save me money! I can't recommend this company highly enough. The office staff is very kind and friendly too.
