Mr. Ganske is welcoming and knowledgeable and absolutely a delight to spend time with. His vast understanding of jewels and the history behind it all is fascinating. On a personal level his skills are unmatched. He will take the time to tell you his story all the while listening to yours to help you create the perfect piece. Most highly recommend!

Update 6/3/25 - just had another great experience with Charles! I love that I can call/email to pop in and have him check my jewelry and get them cleaned. He's awesome!! Do yourself a favor and go see Charles! He's great at listening to what you want and giving you an education on jewelry. There was no pressure and he made it such an easy process. Such an easy process. He read my mind when I came to what I wanted and my vision. We designed a beautiful moss agate ring together and it was ready in less than two months. He made sure we had the paperwork for insurance and gave me cleaner and told me if I needed more just to come back! Stress free and easy!
