In May of 2026, I had a couple of sinks that would not drain properly. I initially had another, well-known, large plumbing company in Louisville come out to take care of the two sinks. They refused to snake the drains because they said my house was too old (built in 1951) and they were worried that snaking the drains would cause the pipes to burst. Technician didn’t ask appropriate questions, didn’t know the type of faucet that was installed (that I was asking to be fixed), drove around looking for a part and waited until he had been several places before asking about the faucet and finally put the faucet back together so that it worked worse than when before he got here.
