If you are looking for an ordinary cookie cutter home, I would recommend. If you are looking for anything custom at all explore other builders. Overall not a great experience working with them. They are very difficult to work with in general... Didnt follow the basic plans for the house... Went over budget on numerous items... Didnt complete everything that was in the P&S.
