I was a allstate customer for 10 years. Called today and asked why state farm was 1200 dollars cheaper for better coverage. My response from amanda was they just have better rates and she could not do anything for me. Great Customer service amanda! I would definitely recommend someone to you . Not No attempt to keep me or to try to lower my rates. Just horrible customer service.
