It is utterly frustrating that you can never get a live person on the phone or have refills sent to a pharmacy in a timely fashion. Please work on this.
Called over the weekend for On call Dr information… and they have a prompt to constant on call Dr…. But no information or doctor available to be on call. I will be working on finding a new pediatrician. I’m dreading trying to call today after calling from 11 am - 215 pm Friday and finally getting answered by the receptionist who is AWAYS rude. Extremely frustrated. I have been calling the office for over 2 hours. When the phone was finally answered they told me that they do not have a Dr in on Friday and no nurse was in to answer any of my questions. Why are you open on Friday if you can't see patients or even help out with medical advice?
