If I could give zero star for Dr Glassman I would. Rude, dismissive from the second he saw me. I went to him per my primary bc I had gone to ER 4/3 and the said I had UTI. Primary re did UA 4/16 and said red blood still elevated as well as crystals in urine see a urologist. He looks at both labs and said well you never had UTI ( i showed him what my discharge said ) he said well you didn't looks like al labs pointed to kidney but good news urine I just took everything looks better drink water. My husband has been a patient of Dr Glassmans for 35 Years. Every visit he demonstrates a keen interest in his patient answering numerous questions with patience and professionalism. I thank Dr Glassman and his surgical skills for the fact that my husband is still here.
Today, my son and I had the best ever medical office experience with Dr. Glassman and his staff. Everything was done super professionally and quick and everyone was very nice and polite. Dr. Glassman himself had made an impression of an experienced doctor in combination of a very warm and down to earth person. Also, the phone call about the test results literally found us on the way home - that's how fast they are working. Dr. Glassman was incredibly impatient, visibly annoyed at questions and spent as little time as possible. Nothing short of shocking, particularly for a patient in need.
Awful experience. Perhaps Dr. Glassman is overworked (office was quite busy) however he had no patience and got quite angry, actually gritted his teeth when I questioned him about his going so low on my Testosterone order. If in fact karma is real, he is in for some humiliating experiences in his lifetime. I suggest you find a different provider.
