First time visit and I'm happy with everything
The woman that answered the phone in my opinion is the rudest most inconsiderate individual I have met. I have filed a complaint with promedica, I doubt it will go any where. My first visit there for my stress test she was rude to a elderly couple, and then today when I had to deal with her she was rude to me. I will not be back! I'll transfer my business elsewhere.
I was very impressed with Dr Gbur. He was very thorough & informative & answered all of my questions & concerns.
