Once again I traveled from Corrales, NM (Albuquerque) to Houston. Dr. Shania may go to GI and will always be. While University of New Mexico employs a GI I’ve used once and I liked Dr. Phan gets me in. His bedside manner is a ten his explanations are a ten and his staff are all tens!
I understand that missing an appointment was my mistake, and I apologized for the confusion after writing the wrong date down on my calendar. However, I was very disappointed by how the receptionist handled the situation. About 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, she called me sounding upset and almost yelling, asking where I was.
