Staff was rude to my mother who was a patient but Dr is wonderful.

I just called these guys today and talked to a male staffer. One of the rudest jerks I have every dealt with in my life. There is no reason that people need to be so unprofessional. I have no idea about the quality of care, but I would tell you that if customer service is important to you, do not give these people your money. Vote with your wallet
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Did this surgeon use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did you feel safe in this surgeon's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!
Is this surgeon easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room. Does this surgeon remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation! Did this provider rush your appointment? Yes, I felt like an annoyance! Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Was this surgeon's staff friendly? Not one bit
Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better
