Was in the ER with my husband for 12 hours recently. The experience was scary, oevrwhelming,and exhausting. When Dr. Charles Farrell came in that morning, he pocess the best bedside manner ever. It was really apperciaited. He even called us after we left, to make sure my husnbad was able to receive his prescription . He made the experince at Boardman Mercy Health such a more plesasnt experience.

Dr Charles Farrell was working in the ER at St Elizabeth’s in Boardman. My daughter came in with severe stomach pain to the point she was doubled over. He diagnosed her with stomach acid and sent her home with Pantoprazole. 2 days later she went back same pain she was finally given a scan upon my demand. Her gallbladder was infected and basically dead. A few more hours or another day and she could have been dead. This doctor should have his medical license revoked. Please be aware of this doctor!
