took 5 weeks for them pick up my tractor then 6 weeks to run up a bill and they always had excuse after excuse of why it was talking so long. Fnally got it home and it would only start a few times and when it did start it would only run for a half hour at half throttle. spent almost a month asking what they intended to do to make it right and never got a answer one way or the other and would take day's and day's to get even a reply. now they think I owe them the whole bill even though the tractor still won't start or run. Good ole boys....honest and understanding! You won't find a better team of people willing to go the extra mile for you! Everyone working at Oliver's is a great bunch of people! Love my lawnmower! The distance you travel is nothing compared to the great service you will get! If you have never been it's worth the trip.
